Kristen Daschke

Kristen's early years of college consisted of attending school for meteorology at the University of Oklahoma, and training as a track and field multi-event athlete. She discovered how beneficial massage therapy was for her body and mind while at OU, and eventually decided to go down the path in becoming a massage therapist in 2011.

Passionate in empowering others to feel their best, Kristen has expanded and incorporated other natural health modalities into her practice, integrating various tools and methods including essential oils, sound, yoga, and naturopathy experience to support the needs of her clients.
