Candy Cane Sugar Scrub


  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup fractionated coconut oil (you could also use almond oil, grapeseed oil, or olive oil)
  • 12 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • Skin-safe food coloring


  1. Combine sugar and fractionated coconut oil into bowl and divide equally into two bowls.
  2. In one bowl, add red food coloring until you get your desired color.
  3. Layer the red and white scrub to create a candy cane effect.
  4. Tie a cute ribbon and tag on the container and you're done!


Dark Chocolate Gingerbread Truffles


  • 6 ounces dark chocolate (at least 50% cacao), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 2 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality
  • 1 drop Clove Vitality
  • 1 tablespoon Yacon Syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 drops Ginger Vitality
  • 1 drop Nutmeg Vitality
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for rolling.


  1. Place the chopped chocolate in a heat-proof bowl and set aside.
  2. Combine the coconut oil, Yacon Syrup, coconut milk, and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer (do not boil). 
  3. Pour mixture over reserved chopped chocolate.
  4. Let stand for 1-2 minutes, and then stir gently until completely melted and smooth. 
  5. Stir in Vitality oils.
  6. Refrigerate until mixture is just set, about 2 hours.
  7. With a small scoop or spoon, make 12 balls, rolling each between the palms of your hands to smooth. 
  8. Place about 1/4 cup of cocoa powder in the bottom of a shallow plate or dish.
  9. Roll each truffle in the cocoa until coated.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm and serve.
  11. Truffles can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
  12. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.


De-Stress Foot Bath

  • 1 cup sea salt
  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • 2 cups baking soda
  • 12-15 drops Stress Away


  1. Combine sea salt, epsom salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  2. Mix well. 
  3. Add 12-15 drops Stress Away.
  4. Using a spoon, mix the ingredients again to distribute the oil throughout the mixture.
  5. Once combined, put in glass containers for gifting. Mason jars work great.

When ready to use...

  • Pour about 1/4 cup of the salt/oil mixture into a bowl or foot basin.
  • Add hot water and add feet!
  • Soak for 15 minutes or up to 1 hour!


Dreamsicle Sugar Scrub

  • 2-1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 drops Stress Away
  • 10 drops Orange


  • Mix well.
  • Fills 12 ounce mason jar.
  • Works great before shaving.
  • Add a cute ribbon and label for gifting.


Frosted CinnaNuts

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 cup almonds (whole)
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 drop Clove Vitality
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup water


  1. Combine brown and white sugars, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl and set aside In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white and vanilla until frothy.
  2. Add essential oils.
  3. Add the almonds to the egg white mixture and stir to coat well.
  4. Add the cinnamon-sugar mixture to the almonds and mix until almonds are coated.
  5. Use a slow cooker liner or non-stick spray to coat the crock well.
  6. Add coated almonds and crock on LOW for 3 hours.
  7. Stir every 20 minutes (this is important!)
  8. When 3 hours crocking time is done, add 1/4 cup of water and stir well. 
  9. Crock on LOW for 1 more hour (continuing to stir every 20 minutes).
  10. When finished, place individual almonds on a sheet of parchment paper to cool.


Ho Ho Mint Cocoa Mix


  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dry nonfat milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup baking stevia or 1-1/2 cup organic sugar
  • 15 drops Peppermint Vitality or as desired


  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add Peppermint Vitality and mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into a closed container and shake.

Tip: Gift in mason jars.

To enjoy hot chocolate, mix 1 teaspoon mixture with 1 cup heated almond milk, milk, or water. Add more mix if desired.


Holiday Punch


  • 5 cups or organic apple juice
  • 1/2-1 cup spring water
  • 1 drop of Cinnamon Bark Vitality 
  • 1-2 drops of Orange Vitality
  • 2-3 ounces of Ningxia Red


Blend together and warm gently in crock pot. 

Enjoy with family and friends!


I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas Bath Salts Ornament

You will need:

  • 1 cup Epsom Salt (you may need more or less depending on your ornament)
  • Plastic clear ornament from craft store
  • 4 drops Bergamot essential oil
  • 6 drops Lavender essential oil


  1. Mix desired amount of Epson salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the essential oils and mix well.
  3. Add the bath salt to plastic ornaments until full using a funnel.
  4. Once full, put the top of the ornament back on.
  5. Adorn with ribbon and embellishments as desired.
  6. When ready to use, add desired amount to warm bath.


Jack Frost After Shave

  • 4 tablespoons aloe vera gel
  • 3 tablespoons witch hazel
  • 1 tablespoon glycerin
  • 5 drops Shutran


  1. Combine in personal pump container.
  2. Roll to mix ingredients.
  3. Use 3-4 pumps after shaving to cool and soothe skin.


Kiss Me Under the Mistletoe Lip Balm

  • 2 tablespoons beeswax pellets
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons shea butter
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 36 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • 12 lip balm containers


  1. Melt beeswax in a small pan or crockpot over low heat.
  2. Add coconut oil and shea butter until all ingredients are just melted. 
  3. Using a small medicinal dropper, pour the liquid into your lip balm containers.
  4. Add a few extra drops to the top after filing each container as the ingredients will shrink as they cool.


No-Sew Heat Pack

You will need:

  • Heavy Christmas sock
  • Dried rice
  • Ribbon
  • Drinking glass
  • Essential oil of choice


  1. Begin by folding the opening of your sock over a glass. This will keep the mouth open and make it easier to pour the rice in.
  2. Once the sock is in place, start pouring the rice in. Keep pouring until it is about 1/2 way full. 
  3. Add several drops of essential oil into the sock if you wish.
  4. Remove the sock and shuffle it so the rice is in the middle of the sock and a few inches are left on each end. 
  5. Tie the ends closed with ribbon.
  6. Tie TIGHLY and double knot to keep the sock closed and rice secure.
  7. Your heat pad is ready for use!
You can attach an instructional card if you wish, instructing the recipient to heat the pad in the microwave for 30 seconds to heat it up. They can then snuggle with it on a cold day or even place it on sore muscles.


Oh, Fudge!


  1. 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  2. 1 package semi sweet chocolate chips
  3. 30 drops Peppermint Vitality


  1. Heat together until melted.
  2. Add 30 drops Peppermint Vitality
  3. Pour in foil-lined pan. Cool and harden.
  4. Remove foil and fudge and cut into squares.

Package in a beautiful Christmas tin or container. 


Peppermint Bark Popcorn


  • 1/2 cup unpeopled popcorn kernels (10 cups popped)
  • 12 ounces vanilla candy melts or vanilla almond bark
  • 5 peppermint candy canes, finely crushed
  • 20 drops Peppermint Vitality
  • Sprinkles (optional)


In a double boiler, heat chocolates until melted and smooth.

Stir Peppermint Vitality into melted chocolate. Transfer to a piping bag (cut tip from corner) and drizzle evenly over popcorn.

Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon candy canes over chocolate and allow chocolate to set at room temperature, then break popcorn into pieces. Store in an airtight container.


Refresh Bubble Bath

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable glycerin
  • 1 cup Dr. Bronners Castile soap, unscented
  • 8 drops Spearmint
  • 16 drops Eucalyptus Radiata OR 20-30 drops of essential oil of choice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Fractionated coconut oil (optional)


  1. Combine glycerin, Castile soap, and water in container with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Swirl gently to combine.
  3. Add essential oils, swirl to mix.
  4. Add more if desired until it smells good to you.
  5. Optional: Add 1-2 teaspoons of coconut oil to make it more moisturizing.


Room Sprays

Deja Poo Spray

  • 4 ounce spray bottle
  • 7 drops Lemongrass
  • 7 drops Grapefruit
  • 5 drops Bergamot
  • Distilled water


Simply shake and spray onto the water in your toilet bowl BEFORE you go. The oils will disperse over the water creating a vapor barrier, thus preventing offending odor. Great gift for at the office!

Spruce Spray

  • 1 cup distilled water
  • 6 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce


  1. Mix water and essential oil in a fine mist spray bottle.
  2. Alternatively, add a few drops of Northern Lights Black Spruce to a cotton ball and place at the base of your tree.
  3. Spray around your Christmas tree or any pine boughs you have for decorating.

Vanilla Mint Spray

  • 2 ounce spray bottle
  • 12 drops Stress Away 
  • 6 drops Peppermint EO


  1. Add essential oils to the 2 ounces spray bottle.
  2. Fill with distilled water.
  3. Shake well before each use.
  4. Inhale and enjoy!


Santa's Beard Oil

  • Sweet almond oil
  • Vitamin E oil
  • 3 drops Tea Tree
  • 3 drops Cedarwood
  • 3 drops Lavender
  • Amber dropper bottle


  1. Fill the dropper bottle up 3/4 of the way with sweet almond oil.
  2. Add essential oils.
  3. Fill the bottle the rest of the way with vitamin E oil.


Santa's Soothing Peppermint Foot Cream


  • 1 tablespoon cocoa butter
  • 1/4 cup shea butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil
  • 5 drops Tea Tree essential oil
  • 15 drops Peppermint essential oil


  1. In a double boiler put cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut oil and avocado oil - let melt down. 
  2. Once melted let cool until it is partly solid. Let is cool to a honey consistency.
  3. Once cooled, stir in vitamin E oil, tea tree, and peppermint oils.
  4. Pour into container and cool to harden.


Tree Ornaments

You will need:

  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup ground cinnamon
  • 15 drops Christmas Spirit essential oil or Light the Fire essential oil


In the bowl, combine the applesauce and cinnamon. You want the dough to be able to form a ball without being too sticky. Add additional applesauce or cinnamon if needed. Sprinkle a clean surface with cinnamon.

Place the dough on the surface and sprinkle with more cinnamon. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough to 1/4 inch thick, sprinkling with more cinnamon to keep from sticking.

Cut out into desired shapes and place on the prepared sheet pan so that they aren't touching. Use a skewer to poke a hole into each ornament (to attach string).

Bake at 200 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until rock hard. Loop a decorative string through the ornament and hang on your tree. 


Santa's Sleepytime Rub

  • 1/4 cups cocoa butter
  • 1/4 cups coconut oil
  • 20 drops Lavender
  • 12 drops Vetiver
  • 10 drops Frankincense


  1. Add the coconut oil and the cacao butter to a small pan and simmer until melted. 
  2. Let rest on the counter for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the essential oils to the pan and then put it in the fridge for an hour. You want it to be firm but not too hard.
  4. Then whip it on high with an electric mixer until the mixture softens and forms peaks.
  5. Take a small pea-sized amount and massage it into your feet or your children's feet before bed.
  6. Makes 1/2 cup.


Scrappy Tree Ornament

You will need:

  • Sticks (6" in length)
  • Ribbon scraps (shades of green, red and brown)
  • Hot glue gun
  • Twine
  • Northern Lights Black Spruce essential oil


  1. Tie the scraps of ribbon down the stick.
  2. Trim the ribbon scraps into the shape of a Christmas tree.
  3. After trimming, carefully melt the edges of the ribbons with a lighter or match so the ribbon doesn't fray.
  4. Use the hot glue to attach a piece of twine to the top so the ornament can hang.
  5. Add drops of essential oil onto the stick.


Silent Night Bath Soaks


  • 4 cups dry milk powder
  • 2 cups baking soda
  • 2 cups Epsom salt
  • 2 cups corn starch
  • 2 cups Dead Sea salt
  • 12 drops Peace & Calming
  • 12 drops Lavender
  • 6 drops Cedarwood


  1. Mix the dry ingredients together with a wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Pour into wine bottles until 2/3 full.
  3. Add 20-24 drops essential oil.
  4. Shake until the oils are mixed in well.
  5. Fill bottle and add the remaining drops to the top of the bottle.
  6. Use 1/2 cup or more if desired per warm bath. Will bubble in jetted tub.


Yuletide Glow Lotion Bars

  • 2 ounces beeswax
  • 2 ounces coconut oil
  • 2 ounces shea butter or cocoa butter
  • 20 drops Frankincense


  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the beeswax, coconut oil, and shea butter just until they turn to liquid. Immediately remove from the heat.
  2. Stir in the essential oils and pour into 2-ounces silicone molds. Set aside until cool.
  3. Unmold the bars and store in a cool, dry place. 
  4. To use, rub over skin and then rub in as your would your daily lotion.
  5. You can increase the ratio of beeswax to shea butter and coconut oil to make a firmer bar for hotter temperatures.
