  • 4 drops Lemon Vitality
  • 4 drops Thieves Vitality
  • 3 drops Oregano Vitality
  • 4 drops Frankincense Vitality

In veggie capsule 1-2x/day

ACV Tonic

  • 1 part Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 5 parts water
  • 2-3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 2-3 drops Lemon Vitality

Stir together and drink.
