The Essential Rewards program (or ER for short) is designed to get you the products you need each month PLUS earning you points to use on free products. It’s a monthly auto-ship program, where you select the date and products each and every month. We all need things like laundry soap, toothpaste and vitamins – so why not purchase them on the ER program where you will earn a percentage back each month?! The points add up very quickly. Since I have been ordering through Essential Rewards for over two years, everything that I receive from Young Living is "buy-one-get-one-free" when you figure in all the free perks we get with ER.

You also earn a discounted shipping rate on orders 5lbs or less and can earn extra promotional items just by being enrolled on ER.
We can all think of a few things in our home that we’d like to replace with a more natural product. This program is designed to help you take steps in the right direction to getting your family on a path to wellness. Getting rid of chemicals in our homes now, is one of the best things we can do for our future generations.
How much do I have to spend?
The ER program requires a 50PV minimum order each month. PV is generally dollar for dollar, but make sure you view the PV total on your checkout page. This will be before tax and shipping.
How many points do I earn back?
The longer you are on ER, the higher your percentage of points back you will earn:
- Months 1-3 you earn 10% back from your order
- Months 4-24 you earn 20% back from your order
- Months 25+ you earn 25% back from your order
So for example, if you place a 100PV order your first month, you earn 10 points back! If you place a 100PV order on your 5th month, you earn 20 points back!
Young Living’s newest change has added even more benefits to joining! You will be sent a loyalty gift at months 3, 6, 9 & 12! It’s just Young Living’s way of saying ‘thank you’ for using and loving their products!
What if I need to Cancel?
Well of course we’d hate to see you cancel, but we do understand life happens. In the event that you need to cancel, you need to CALL customer service at 1-800-371-3515 and request a cancel. You will not be penalized for canceling, but if you decide to join again, you will start back over at 10% on the percentage back chart.
BEFORE YOU CANCEL, please make sure to use your ER points that you have accumulated, otherwise they get discarded and cannot be used.
How do I Redeem My Points?
After you’ve been on the program for 3 months, you can redeem your accumulated ER points. ER points must be redeemed for products with full PV value. If you have 50 ER points to spend, your order must be 50PV or less.
If you return a product that you purchased with ER points, you forfeit the points.
To redeem, click on the “Rewards Points” tab to start your order.
Do My Points Expire?
Yes, after 12 months, any unused ER points will expire. On your “Rewards Points” tab, it will list any points that are about to expire.
Can I change the Date & Product each month?
Absolutely! That’s one of my favorite things about the ER program. You select the date you want it to ship and the products that you want to buy. If one month you have it ship on February 1st, you can push it back to March 28th for the next month to put a little more time in between each order.
And you choose the product! It can be the same every month, or you can try something new. You decide!
How do I set up my Essential Rewards Order?
Simply log into your Virtual Office and on the sidebar, select “Essential Rewards”.
Once you’re in your ER page, the steps will be very clear. Make sure to select your products, shipping option and payment option then SAVE your order before exiting.
You have until midnight (mountain time) on the day your order processes to make any changes to your order. Just remember to save it when you’re done!
Is Essential Rewards right for me?
Think about a few items in your house that you’ve been wanting to replace with a more natural product. Does Young Living provide that product? Then ER just might be the solution for you. I could shop at Target and Amazon all day for these products, but I’m not earning back 10%, 20% and even 25% on my orders.
