What if you had a guide to help you navigate and understand the signs your body is telling you? 
Maybe you're feeling great, inside and out -- or maybe you're not. The human body is an incredible machine, and it is a vehicle for our soul. We can replace bikes, cars, or houses, but we cannot replace our body.

Stress is the underlying root of all disease and whether we realize it or not, our lifestyle - our daily choices - impact our health on every level. Some sources say that the average person makes an eye-popping 35,000 choices per day, and of course, everyone has 24 hours in a day to choose to do what they do. 

Throughout my nearly 10 years of focused practice in the natural health world, including massage therapy and yoga, and schooling in Naturopathy, I discovered I had the power to make the changes that would ultimately support a healthier me. I have spent thousands of hours learning, practicing, and experiencing many areas of natural health. My goal has always been to empower others on their wellness journey, and finally the Health on Track club was created.
