What if you had a guide to help you navigate and understand the signs your body is telling you?
Maybe you're feeling great, inside and out -- or maybe you're not. The human body is an incredible machine, and it is a vehicle for our soul. We can replace bikes, cars, or houses, but we cannot replace our body.

Stress is the underlying root of all disease and our lifestyle, our daily or routine choices, impact our health on every level. Some sources say that the average person makes an eye-popping 35,000 choices per day, and of course, everyone has 24 hours in a day to choose to do what they do.

Throughout my nearly 10 years of focused practice in the natural health world, (now as a Naturopath with professional experiences as a massage therapist and yoga teacher), I discovered I had the power to make the changes that would ultimately support a healthier me. I have spent thousands of hours learning, practicing, and experiencing many areas of natural health. My goal has always been to empower others on their wellness journey, and finally the Health on Track club was created. -Kristen Daschke, your Health on Track guide

Testimonies:

It has been since 2012 that I have taken allergy pills, or inhalers. I simply don't need them anymore. That is a HUGE statement coming from someone who could not go through the changing of the seasons without suffering from itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, stuffed up nose, and then side effects of the allergy pills.. feeling tired, fogged, and clogged up. I one point of my life, I remember looking into allergy shots. - Kristen Daschke, Health on Track guide
