Kristen’s Journey to Wellness

Kristen’s wellness journey began at the University of Oklahoma, where she studied meteorology and trained as a multi-event track and field athlete. During this time, she discovered the transformative benefits of massage therapy, igniting a passion for natural health that led her to become a certified massage therapist in 2011. This milestone catapulted her exploration into vibrational wellness, incorporating essential oils and the Raindrop Technique® starting in 2012.

Kristen’s commitment to empowering others has since led her to expand her practice to include sound healing, yoga, and naturopathy, providing her clients with a holistic approach to wellness.

Career Highlights

• 2011: Certified as a Massage Therapy Practitioner at WellSpring School of Allied Health

• 2012: Began exploring vibrational wellness with essential oils and the Raindrop Technique®

• 2015: Founded Revolutionary Wellness to offer integrative wellness services

• 2015: Began working with Kansas City Chiefs

• 2019: Co-founded Unplug KC

• 2020: Earned a Doctor of Naturopathy from Trinity School of Natural Health

• 2022: Certified as a Sound Healing Practitioner

• 2023: Founded The Muse KC, a wellness sanctuary in Kansas City, Missouri
