Sound Bath Experience: Our sound bath event is a 15-60 minute experience designed to help participants relax and re-energize by listening to the soothing harmonics of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
Presentation + Sound Bath: This 20-60 minute experience starts with a short presentation designed to inform you about sound baths and their benefits. After the presentation, you will be taken on a journey of sound as we use various sound healing instruments to lead you into a calming meditation.
Virtual Sound Bath: This is a 10-45 minute virtual sound bath experience with gongs and crystal singing bowls.
Custom Experience: We have over 10 years of experience in the wellness space and can create the perfect sound bath experience for your group. Please contact us for more info.
