Naturopath

Includes one-on-one coaching sessions, setting personalized goals, and creating an action plan to achieve those goals.

This program covers several areas, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, relationships, and spirituality. It may also include other practices such as mindfulness, meditation, massage therapy, yoga, and sound healing. The focus is on helping the client develop a sustainable and integrated approach to their health, which can be maintained over the long-term.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a system that emphasizes natural solutions and the body's inherent ability to heal itself. Practitioners focus on understanding the person and the potential root causes of their concerns rather than solely addressing symptoms. By identifying these underlying issues, naturopaths can develop personalized recommendations using natural methods—such as herbs, nutrition, and lifestyle changes—to promote overall wellness. Naturopathy also highlights the importance of helping individuals adopt healthier habits to avoid future health challenges. This holistic approach encourages clients to engage actively in their health journeys, fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit. By prioritizing natural healing and a comprehensive view of well-being, naturopathy empowers individuals to take charge of their health and live their best lives.

Naturopathic practitioners, often called Traditional Naturopaths, need less education than naturopathic physicians because we do not utilize drugs or surgery. Naturopathic practitioners do not practice medicine and, therefore, do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe like naturopathic physicians. Instead, we learn how to support clients and address their health concerns through non-invasive methods. Naturopathic practitioners can work alongside medical doctors. However, naturopaths must work within the physician's prescribed treatment plan and encourage clients to review any recommendations with their physician to ensure they are appropriate. See Source
