Integrative Massage Therapy
This massage therapy session integrates a combination of modalities to address any specific needs and may include deep tissue and trigger point massage therapy, Thai yoga techniques, sound healing/sonic massage, and aromatherapy with Young Living essential oils. Each session is customized to support the needs of the client at the time.

Raindrop Technique®
Using a sequence of specific essential oils that are immune enhancing, and support the body's natural defenses, as well as the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, nervous, and other body systems, these highly antioxidant oils are also mood elevating and antiseptic, creating an unfavorable environment for harmful viruses and bacteria that can hibernate in the body. Concluded with a soundscape and heated towels placed on the body.

Vibrational Raindrop Technique®
The traditional Raindrop Technique® reimagined utilizing tuning forks and crystal gemstones to amplify and support the body's natural healing process.
It's recommended to allow 24 hours after the session for the body to fully absorb the essential oils applied to the back and feet.

Private Sound Bath Immersion
Lay on a cushioned mat supposed with bolsters, blocks, and blankets with a surround sound bath experience featuring 432Hz tuned quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan metal singing bowls. and other sound healing instruments. Learn more.
This includes a 60-minute sound bath session with time to settle in and/or take your time before leaving your session.
Dress comfortably and drink plenty of water in preparation for your session.

Private Group Sound Bath Immersion
A 60-minute sound bath session for you and your small group of 2 to 16 people. Experience a fully-immersive sound bath featuring quartz crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and essential oils to support the balancing and harmonizing of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies by working through clothes on a cellular level through sound vibrations.
